The GRÜNE VELTLINER BRUCH from the WINERY CHRIST has established itself over the last couple of years to the Top of the Austrian Veltliner and has repeatedly provided high rankings and positive News.
The „Bruch“, our Parade-vineyard for the Grüne Veltliner, is situated at a steep south-facing slope of the Viennese Bisamberg. The soil conditions are shaped by alluvial ice-aged gravel, which is looming till the surface.
The Bruch can be perfectly combined with the typical Viennese cuisine, as for example a Wiener Schnitzel. It’s spiciness convinces also in combination with dishes inspired by the Asian cuisine.
