History

image

The Family Christ has been running an agricultural business for over 400 years. After many generations run as a small, colourful mixed farm, Franz and Johanna Christ decided in the 1080-ies to part with cattle and fields and devote themselves only to the vines. The foundation for today’s winery was laid.

In 2005, Rainer Christ took over the winery, who generously rebuild and expanded the Winery. The metamorphosis was intended to accommodate the viticultural specialization on the one hand, and on the other hand to give the wines the stage they deserve.
